PSL vs Specialist Recruiters (Food for thought)
Ok so as a specialist HRIS recruiters trying to get our services in front of companies is often difficult mainly because they have a PSL but what if that PSL doesn't have the network or skills to deliver the best candidates on the market?
Look at it this way.... Think of your PSL as an all you can eat world buffet. The hiring manager wants a steak which is great because its offered on the menu but 1 day they decide that a good fillet steak is needed, you know full well the world buffet probably can't provide that and this is where a specialist steps in.
For the sake of filling out an extra form or setting up a 1 off agreement you are willing to sacrifice quality!
Moral of the story is if you have specialist requirements, why not use a specialist recruiter?
